The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit www.tricare.mil/shutdown

Health Services

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)

Our Program aims to promote readiness, health and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance misuse and abuse. Our intent is to minimize negative consequences to Airman, their families and organization, according to Air Force Instruction 44-121. We provide in-house services to the active duty personnel such as education, assessment, preventive counseling and community rehabilitative/treatment services with the objective to restore function and return identified Airman to unrestricted duty status; or to assist in their transition to civilian life, as appropriate. We also offer Department of Defense employees, retirees and dependents one-time assessments with referral resources if further care is required or requested.
