Flight and Operational Medicine

The Flight Medicine Clinic is in Building 932 on RAF Lakenheath; a satellite clinic is in Building 830, RAF Mildenhall, next to the Hardstand Fitness Center. Both locations accept Return-To-Fly walk-ins Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 8 a.m., and 1 – 1:30 p.m. There are no afternoon walk-ins on Wednesdays.

Annual PHA/Flight Physical Requirements

Complete the Web Health Assessment before scheduling appointment.

Mental Health Assessment: Phone interview completed after online PHA completed.

• Air Force non-flyers should contact the appointment line at 314-226-8010, Option 1, Option 1 to schedule.
• Flyers will have an MHA completed as part of their PHA appointment; call 314-226-8010, Option 1, Option 1 to schedule.

Labs and Immunizations: Requirements are sent to patients via email before their appointment date.
