Pain Management

The Pain Management Clinic provides services to active duty service members only; patients need a referral from their PCM.

Services Offered

We see patients for:

  • Neck pain
  • Low back pain
  • Headaches caused by neck pain
  • Myofascial pain
  • Nerve pain
  • ​Widespread Pain 

Why would patients need to come to this clinic?

  • Techniques for relaxation, stress/pain management, and mind/body awareness
  • ​Procedures such as epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, nerve block, myofascial release, trigger point injection, and acupuncture

Closed on federal holidays, and for training the third Wednesday of each month
