Pain Management

Pain Management clinic provides services to active duty service members only; patients need a referral from their PCM.

We see patients for:

• Neck pain

• Low back pain

• Headaches caused by neck pain

• Myofascial pain

• Nerve pain

• Widespread Pain 

Why would patients need to come to this clinic?

• Techniques for relaxation, stress/pain management, and mind/body awareness

• Procedures such as epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, nerve block, myofascial release, trigger point injection, and acupuncture
