Active duty service members, pediatric and adult dependents, and retirees can be seen based on a referral from their PCM.
We also offer microscopic ear cleanings on a self-referral basis, which means patients can make an appointment with our technicians without referral from their PCM.

We are always striving to improve our patients’ experience and appreciate any feedback after your visit. We take pride in the care we provide, and our team thrives on positive comments. Please consider expressing your thoughts via our suggestion box at the clinic window, or by using the ICE QR code.
