Adult Family Medicine
The Adult Family Medicine Clinic provides care to dependent beneficiaries aged 18 years and older.
- Future Appointments – Preventive care, non-urgent issues, or ongoing health concern follow-up.
- Virtual Appointments – Counseling, medication follow-up, referral requests, or test result follow-up.
- Nurse or Tech Visits
Monday-Friday: 8-10 a.m. & 1-3 p.m., except for training day– Sore throat, Cough/Colds, Vaginitis, Dysuria/UTI symptoms, Nausea/Vomiting, and Depo-Provera injections
Services Not Needing a Referral
Our OB/GYN Clinic does all pregnancy testing and care. Patients are eligible for pregnancy tests when five days past projected period start date
Primary Care Behavior Health, where patients can receive counseling if experiencing any of the following:
- Sleep Issues
- Pain management
- Depression, anxiety
- Any type of stress
- Desire to quit smoking
- Difficulty with weight loss
