Adult Family Medicine

The Adult Family Medicine Clinic provides care to dependent beneficiaries aged 18 years and older.

• Future Appointments – Preventive care, non-urgent issues, or ongoing health concern follow-up.
• Virtual Appointments – Counseling, medication follow-up, referral requests, or test result follow-up.
• Nurse or Tech Visits – UTI or STI screens, cough/cold symptoms, blood pressure checks, wart treatment.

Services Not Needing a Referral

• Our OB/GYN Clinic does all pregnancy testing and care. Patients are eligible for pregnancy tests when five days past projected period start date
• Primary Care Behavior Health, where patients can receive counseling if experiencing any of the following: 
  • Sleep Issues
  • Pain management
  • Depression, anxiety
  • Any type of stress
  • Desire to quit smoking
  • Difficulty with weight loss
