Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.

Veterinary Services

We provide space available wellness and sick-call appointments to the pets of service members, retirees, and authorized military-affiliated civilians in support of the military community and public health mission. Though our primary mission is to care for military working dogs and ensure food safety, our facility offers routine wellness screenings, immunizations, health certificates, sick-call exams and limited elective surgical procedures such as dental cleanings, spays, neuters and minor mass removals. In accordance with the Military Family Housing Residents Pet Policy dated Aug. 21, 2018, all pets owned by Air Force personnel and dependents must be microchipped and registered with the RAF Feltwell Veterinary Treatment Facility within one month of purchase or import, even if their day-to-day veterinary care is carried out by a veterinarian on the local economy. Registration packets can be obtained via email at usaf.lakenheath.48-mdg.mbx.vet-clinic@mail.mil or at the facility.
