Health Services

Audiology

The Audiology Clinic provides comprehensive services to evaluate and treat hearing and balance disorders for active duty service members and adult family members. Our care spans the full range of audiologic needs, including diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and adjustments, tinnitus assessment, auditory processing evaluations, and balance function testing.

Common concerns addressed in-clinic include hearing loss, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), difficulty understanding speech, dizziness and balance issues, ear wax impactions, and the need for hearing protection or custom earplugs.

Active duty service members and adult family members may be seen by referral from their PCM. We also provide custom ear mold impressions for hearing devices or custom earplugs. Contact our clinic for more details regarding these services.

We DO NOT offer audiometric services for PHAs or separations. Please contact Public Health (01638 528777) to schedule these appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork and prepare for testing. We are always striving to improve our patients’ experience and welcome feedback after your visit. We take pride in the care we provide, and our team thrives on positive comments. Please consider sharing your thoughts through the suggestion box at the clinic window or by scanning the ICE QR code.
